I can’t believe how fast October flew by! We’ll be out of town for Thanksgiving visiting family, but I’m hosting a Friendsgiving with a few close friends the weekend beforehand. I already have my invitations from Basic Invite ready to go! Check here for the wonderful details on creating my one of a kind invitation to match my tablescape with Basic Invite! I knew I wanted my table to be farmhouse-y with some orange pumpkins and greenery. But definitely light and bright! Living in Los Angeles, we are fortunate that we can dine outside almost all year long!

Tablescape
I found my linen pumpkin table runner at Marshals last year. They always have a great selection. Galvanized metal chargers came from Hobby Lobby for 50% off! Target also has some great ones from the Hearth and Hand line. My plates are from Target and I use them often! I love the soft scallop. I feel they make a table fancier! I ran some eucalyptus down the center of the table, as well as placing a sprig on the napkin of each place setting. LOVE the greenery look that is on trend right now! I also placed some mini orange pumpkins on the table. Green glasses are from Target and I can’t wait to use them for Christmas too! For a quick and cute name card on each place setting, I made a pumpkin out of card stock. Super simple DIY!
DIY
All I did was print the names on orange card stock. Then used a paper punch to cut circles around the names, as well as 2 more plain circles of paper. Glued them together with a glue stick, keeping the one with the name on top. I hand cut brown stumps and also glued those on. If you are good at hand lettering or calligraphy, you don’t need to print out names! I have awful writing so I went for the printed option. Ha! Also, check out my video below on how to!
Bar Cart
I found this Gather sign at Home Goods and now my bar cart is complete! I hope you found some tablescape inspiration! Who else will be celebrating a Friendsgiving?
