Mother’s Table
Kicking it off with the mom’s table, treat your fellow gal pal moms to a mini bouquet of flowers with their name in laser cut wood! I just used a glue dot to adhere it to a wooden skewer to place in the mini vase. This also doubles as a name card for seating. I’m in love with these flowing fabric chair sashes! It jazzes up regular chairs to make mom feel extra special. I added a clip on butterfly decor from the Dollar Tree, and you feel like you are stepping into a fairy tale!
I set the table simple, with Solino Home table runner and pastel napkins tied into a bow shape. My favorite piece of this whole party, which you will see lots of, are the edible rice paper butterflies! Hands down the best $10 from Amazon. It transformed the setting. Use a dab of frosting to attach it to the glass for a whimsey look! As always, I buy flowers from Trader Joe’s. Finally, dried floral confetti decorated the table adding to the enchanted feel.
Daughter’s Table
One of my favorite party accessories I’ve had for a year or two now is this over the table bar frame. You can use it over tables as shown or even over a dessert table as a backdrop stand. A balloon garland and butterfly garland set the scene for the little girls to sit on pillows at a low table, almost picnic style. Floral and butterfly plates and napkins with a tea pot vase of flowers rounded out the decor. I placed the edible butterflies on the kids cups as well.
Treats & Drinks
My easiest way to dress up store bought cakes and treats is to add macarons and edible butterflies! It makes it feel fancy! I even used the butterflies on the ice bucket. Lastly, I set out rosè and mimosas for the moms to enjoy. I hope you got some inspiration to create a sweet garden party this Spring for yourself! What is everyone’s Mother’s Day plans?
