Being the crafty crafter that I am, here is an idea for you on gift giving! Homemade and hand made gifts are so personal and can be a great way to celebrate an occasion! Here’s how!
For this party in a box, I thought a party banner, confetti popper, items for cupcakes and of course champagne would make a great celebratory gift! All wrapped up in a memory keepsake box! I chose black and gold as my main colors and went from there. For the banner, I used card stock and glitter letters from Michaels. Check out how to make a banner here! I used only the inner pennants for this banner.
Next I made cupcake toppers using card stock and glitter letter stickers found at Michaels. SO easy! Find out how to make cupcake toppers here! Don’t forget to throw in some cupcake liners! I embossed each chevron napkin from Party City with a “Cheers” stamp and gold embossing glitter. Embossing is NOT just for paper! I love trying new things and this worked out quite well!
I decided to throw in a pop of color with bright confetti in a push-pop container. I found mine on clearance at Macy’s for $12 for a set of 6. Great deal! So I bought all they had on stock to store them away for future parties. Ha! You can do so much with them! Fill with cakes, candy, mousse, cotton candy, confetti, etc. I jazzed up the container with gold ribbon and a hot glue gun and added a hooray sticker!
Champagne is a must for most celebrations and I thought the pink and blue POP single serve bottles were so adorable for a husband and wife anniversary box! Dress them up with tags, a paper straw and ribbon. The tags I found at Joanns.
All wrapped up in a memory box to stash away all of your anniversary cards and mementos! I found this box at Joanns. Michaels always has them too and both stores have great deals usually or coupons on the app! I hope this gives you some ideas to create your own party inspired gift boxes!
